On 25th September 2009, Atul Patel, Chief Executive of Leicester Housing Association – ASRA Group, hosted a ceremony to officially mark the Topping Out of the 20 storey tower construction and which will accommodate 119 apartments, and commercial use.  The building will be completed in August 2010.

The event was a great success with weather conditions such that much of the ceremony was held on the main roof which affords magnificent views across London. 

A speech was given by Antony Iannaccone, a Partner at CSP, who leads the CSP team on this project, undertaking Project Management, Employers Agent, CDM Co-Ordinator and Site Inspection Services with further speeches delivered on behalf of GallifordTry Partnerships Limited, the main contractor, and Alan Camp of Alan Camp Architects, the Architect on the project.

It was acknowledged that to date the project has been a phenomenal success and now moves into a critical part of the construction phase which will strive to achieve high quality.
