Successful negotiations have concluded, between ASRA Housing Group and Barratt Homes, facilitated by CSP who are appointed as Employers Agent for this prestige scheme.

The scheme comprises 215 residential dwellings with 165 car parking spaces, with A2Dominion Housing Group acquiring the entire affordable housing provision, comprising of 54 Shared Ownership dwellings.
