Works were completed in February 2010 with 100 Park Village East representing a flagship development for Notting Hill Developments Limited, comprising of 41 apartments, 22 of which are for private sale to an exceptional high specification.

CSP’s role on the project was multi-disciplinary, encompassing Employers Agent, Cost Consultancy and CDM Co-Ordinator, and Party Wall functions.

The main contractor for the project was Higgins Construction Plc.
