Works were successfully completed in September 2009 upon a derelict building, formally a Brothel and basement nightclub in the centre of London's Soho District, which now forms a development of three large quality family homes and retail space at basement and ground floor levels, incorporating solar technology and achieving a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 rating.

The building was completed in August 2009 and was highlighted on a BBC programme “Britain’s Empty Homes”.

We are proud to have undertaken the roles of Employers Agent, Cost Consultancy, CDM Co-Ordinator and Party Wall, all on behalf of the developer, A2Dominion Group.

The main contractor for the project was Dray Building Services Limited, and Jeff Kahane & Associates undertook the architectural service.
