A2Dominion Group has appointed Silver to act as Client Representative in relation to the proposed eco-town commencing with the Exemplar Site. The Planning Application has been submitted and works are envisaged to commence on site in Autumn 2011.  

The Exemplar site will comprise of 393 carbon neutral new eco-homes designed to Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The Exemplar is a development that will provide a totally new way of building communities. It aims to create a sustainable and vibrant village that provides a range of facilities including homes, jobs, schools and shops whilst also promoting a sense of community involvement in the management and running of the site in a sustainable manner. The Exemplar is intended to be a model community and many of the pioneering ideas used here will help inform the Masterplan for the later stages of the eco development
