Silver appointed for new Travelodge in Bromley

18/04/2011

Silver was delighted to be recommended by another local developer to provide our contractual expertise to Skillcrown Homes UK LLP for the new 92 bedroom Travelodge hotel, to be built on the site of the former Bromley Snooker Club, in time for the 2012 Olympics.

The hotel chain’s UK planning director Tony O’Brien said for the Bromley News Shopper Publication: “Despite being a location that is perfect for both business and leisure travellers, Bromley has a shortage of hotel rooms. We have long-wanted a site in the town and ideally will locate another one soon.”

Our brief was to compile contract documentation for the development, we shall be carrying out monthly valuations and towards completion of the scheme, will provide monitoring/snagging services prior to handover of the new hotel to the Travelodge chain.
