Mat is responsible for managing and supervising Silver’s overall service delivery.
His role involves the oversight of every project to ensure that the right team is in place and properly resourced and that we continue to meet and where possible exceed the client’s highest expectations.
Mat has over 20 years of experience in the industry, managing multi disciplinary consultancy teams on a wide range of developments in the public and private sectors. Mat is also an APC Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
