Making mental health a part of wellbeing at work
Mental health and wellbeing
Mental health challenges can affect any of us at some point in our lives. Whether it be through stress, anxiety or feeling lonely, we understand that a little knowledge, help and compassion can make a big difference. That’s why we have introduced mental health and wellbeing events that take place throughout the year.
What started as a check in day once a month, we now hold regular talks and awareness seminars, hosted by professionals, on a wide variety of topics suggested by our colleagues.
We also have a team of in-house mental health first aiders, there to talk to you and offer support whenever you might need it. They are only ever a phone call or Teams message away.
