Steve has implemented a coaching and CPD programme to assist surveyors and apprentices in their journey to achieve APC, as well as support professional development for the wider business.
As a active non-executive board member for a G320 housing association, coupled with his client side experience, he has a real understanding of the challenges and issues clients face.
Stephen is leading on various asset management and cyclical maintenance projects for several London based Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
