Construction Management service for new build estate on brownfield site.
This development of 50, three and four-bedroom homes next to the 1930s BATA shoe factory, is Silver’s first construction management project, and we have led every aspect of design, procurement, and sales and marketing.
We were appointed under a Construction Management Appointment 2011 (CM/A 2011), with bespoke amendments which encompass the Development Manager’s role within the Construction Management Appointment.
The entire project completed in Spring 2019.
