Design and build of mixed-use waterfront development in Shoreham-on-Sea.
This mixed-used development situated by the River Adur forms part of the regeneration and new waterfront in Shoreham. The mixed-tenure units are spread over two buildings and the development has areas of semi-private and publicly accessible open spaces and internal access roads.
We are appointed as Employer’s Agent to deliver 137 residential units for shared ownership and affordable rent tenure together with commercial space.
Having replaced the originally appointed Employer’s Agent, our Team have negotiated and thereafter managed the contract for this project. We also managed the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) stage to progress S73 planning variations, and reviewed and negotiated the contract sum.
In addition, we concluded contract negotiations for the second phase of the development.
