Darren heads up our pre-construction services. This encompasses pre-purchase due diligence, project management of planning applications and delivery of design management. He has created a robust and fully logic linked planning programme and has also created full suite of scoping documents including deliverables for the full range of consultants required for large complex planning applications.
Having been Technical Director at two of the UK’s largest contractors Darren understands the need to produce robust and deliverable planning submissions to ensure that consents are secured . Darren’s keen eye for design development and constructability means that he and his team are able to proactively de-risk projects at the earliest opportunity and prior to planning permission being sought.
