Harry is responsible for the managing and supervising the commercial, finance, governance and HR functions at Silver.
He gives direction and support across the business to promote optimal operational performance and efficiency, based on accurate reporting and sound decision making.
Having qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor, Harry has developed specialist knowledge in construction law and dispute resolution and has more recently completed an advanced level diploma in Human Resource Management.
Harry is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
