Lauren leads our specialist Building Surveying Team including Building Safety and PAS 2035 Retrofit Services. She is responsible for several client portfolios both in the public and private sectors.
She has over eighteen years of experience as a building surveyor, working both on the client side and within larger construction consultancies.
Lauren specialises in building safety works, defect diagnosis and remedial works, as well as RICS pre-acquisition surveys for everything from affordable housing to high-end residential properties including listed buildings, and feasibility studies for conversion works. She has also undertaken the role of Employer’s Agent for a range of small to medium-sized schemes, often with a refurbishment aspect.
Lauren has recently completed feasibility work to retrofit heritage properties to PAS 2035 standards.
