Paul primarily oversees the construction phase of Silver’s projects, managing our client and Project Management teams and providing our managing associates with strategic guidance that draws on his broad experience of construction, cost and contract matters.
Paul has more than 35 years of experience across the construction sector, mostly with main contractors and as a board director. He has mostly worked in pre-construction, commercial and design roles. This has given him extensive knowledge and experience of a broad range of projects, primarily in the residential sector, including new build, large-scale regeneration and refurbishment schemes, JVs, fit-out, low energy retrofit and support services.
