Stephen leads our specialist Building Surveying Team, with a focus on Asset Management and Capital Projects. He works with clients across the public and private sectors with extensive experience supporting Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
He has over 25 years of experience across the construction and property sector, working in both client-side and consultancy roles.
Stephen is also an active non-executive board member for a London-based Housing Association. He leads RICS APC training and mentors junior surveyors, supporting the next generation of professionals in achieving their accreditations.
