We are delighted to be appointed as Clerk of Works for Ravensbury Phases 2-4 by Clarion. We previously delivered these services for the first phase of the estate delivering 21 new build homes which handed over in September 2020. Ravensbury is part of Clarion’s Merton Regeneration to redevelop the Eastfields, High Path and Ravensbury areas of Merton that will create 2,800 homes placing 100 homes and building 1800 new ones.
Our Team are also the appointed Clerk of Works for High Path phase one, so we are pleased to have this opportunity that enables us to continue to work with Clarion Merton Regeneration Team on the next phases of this exciting regeneration and build upon our existing client knowledge and relationship.

Ravensbury is one of three estates for redevelopment as part of Merton Regeneration along with Eastfields and High Path areas in Merton. Merton Regeneration will create 2,800 homes, replacing 1000 homes and building 1800 new ones.
