Quality Management service for Phase 1 and 2 of large regeneration development
This joint venture between L&Q and Countryside is a mixed used development incorporating 514 new build homes across two phases. The wider regeneration provides an energy centre, gym, multi-faith centre, a primary school and the central park area.
Silver is appointed by L&Q for Clerk of Works services to check the quality standards of the 326 mixed-tenure residential units in Phase 1 and 198 for Phase 2. We worked on the scheme for over three years and successfully integrated with the L&Q and Countryside site teams, and provided timely input and accurate reporting against quality and programme. We are proud of the feedback from our client and the good working relationship we have developed during this appointment.
