Central Parade is a 100% affordable scheme that will deliver 58 new homes close to Perivale Underground Station in Ealing. Bringing high-quality and affordable homes to the areas of London that need it the most.
The 100% affordable scheme contributes towards A2Dominion’s commitments to the Mayor of London’s housing programme to deliver affordable homes across the city.
The development consists of two blocks providing a total of 58 apartments over 8-9 storeys. Both blocks will have separate entrances, stairs and two passenger lifts along with refuse and cycle storage, ground level parking for 5 disabled spaces, and amenity space including a children’s play area.
