New build development delivering 56 mixed tenure homes.
This project is part of the Building for Lewisham programme, which seeks to address the housing crisis with 10,000 families on the housing waiting list. Following the successful negotiations led by Silver, the Council purchased the site with planning permission and increased the 35% affordable provision to 100%.
Appointed early in the process as project managers and cost consultants to lead on negotiations with the developer on a bespoke Development Management agreement. Thereafter Silver advised on the most suitable procurement route and contract, provided cost analysis and value for money assessments, led throughout the procurement stage and provided Employer’s agent services once signed.
We were also appointed for Clerk of Works and CDM Advisor services.
Creekside completed in the Summer of 2023 and received the prestigious ‘Best New Place to Live’ award at the Building London Planning Awards 2023.
