Site Inspection services for Merton Regeneration.
Ravensbury is one of the three estates to be redeveloped as part of Merton Regeneration along with the Eastfields and High Path areas in Merton. Merton Regeneration will create 2,800 homes, replacing 1000 homes and building 1800 new ones.
Phase 1 of this development comprised 21 new build quality homes. Our Clerk of Works worked closely with the Employer’s Agent during this phase and assisted with the challenges relating to the site’s close proximity to the River Wandle. This phase of the project handed over in September 2020 with minimal defects.
We were then successfully appointed for Phase 2-4 which delivers 105 new homes. To add value to our service, we allocated the same Clerk of Works team which has ensured knowledge from the earlier phases transferred to these following next phases.
Our Team is also appointed as Clerk of Works for High Path Phase 1, where we continue to work with Clarion’s Merton Regeneration Team and build upon our client relationship.
