This is a redevelopment of the first floor within Building 13 on the Thames Industrial Estate.
The conversion provides a large office space for a single tenant and office suites for smaller businesses. The works incorporated the conversion of part of the first floor from an existing racked archive storage area into offices, while securing and retaining archival storage on the rest of the floorplate.
