North Street, Hornchurch

Located in Hornchurch Town Centre in the London Borough of Havering, this is a new build residential development comprising 44 high quality properties for private rent within a single brick-built block ranging between three and five storeys in height. The L-shaped block is five storeys to the east and three storeys on the western side and provides a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.

We were appointed as Principal Designer by Bugler Developments and acted as a key advisor on health and safety aspects and undertook health and safety inspections during the construction phase to assist Bugler and monitor on-site health and safety compliance.

On the run up to completion we worked closely with Bugler and managed the entire health and safety file collation process. We tracked the information received from all contributors to ensure that the necessary information was provided in a timely manner and upon completion, we successfully provided the H&S file to the client which was reviewed and signed-off by the client CDM Advisor.
