Watermeadow Court delivers 266 homes across three blocks, including 83 social rent, 50 shared ownership, and 133 private homes, along with ground-floor commercial space, amenity areas, and external works.
We supported the project through design and construction, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders to resolve design and commercial challenges. By reviewing alternative options and coordinating with the design and cost teams, we helped achieve a cost-effective development.
