The Silver Strikers returned to the pitch for our second year at L&Q’s Minds Matter FC Tournament.
While we didn’t lift the trophy or make it to the semi-finals, we were proud to take part in the real victory – raising funds in support of Minds Matter FC, a fantastic football team made up of people living with mental health conditions.
Our football skills and tactics might need a bit more work, but we did look the part in our brand-new 80th Year kits!
Congratulations to everyone who took part – we’re already looking forward to next year’s tournament.
