The atmosphere in our offices was extremely positive and energetic as the entire Silver Team gathered together for our Business Planning Day.
Our Board and Executive Directors presented details of the business strategy. This is underpinned by our principal business objectives and KPI measures to successfully deliver our plan of action for the next 12 months and build upon our longer-term future and reputation.
Our strategy to align the business, its people and skills is already underway with a range of Property and Asset Management services to deliver energy efficient homes, PAS 2035, retrofit and decarbonisation of existing homes, as well as property remediation works and robust processes to comply with The Building Safety Act and the golden thread of information.
Managing Director, Sarah Odell , proudly unveiled the longer-term aspiration and the route to get there, from increased training investment of our talented teams of people and succession planning, through to smarter working attributes.

The exciting announcement of our ESG Strategy underpins this vision and what we can do to make a positive difference to our people and culture, and for our clients and their communities. This includes our commitment to improve our impact on the planet with targets to offset our operational carbon footprint.
Before we went out as a Team to celebrate our future and plans, our CEO Tony Iannaccone shared how proud we should be of the journey so far but importantly, reflected upon the personal challenges and tragedies we have all sadly experienced over the last few years.
We are thankful that we are together as a cohesive Team Silver and look forward to working with everyone across the industry in the years to come.
