We were delighted to attend the Carlton Dene completion celebration and celebrate the successful delivery of this incredible regeneration project alongside Westminster City Council, Lovell Partnerships Ltd and the wider project team.
Silver was proud to provide Clerk of Works services on this flagship scheme, transforming a former care home into 87 high-quality affordable homes, including 65 extra care apartments and 22 social rent homes.
The development provides modern, energy-efficient homes alongside community facilities including a café, communal lounges and a hairdresser, creating a sustainable place that residents can call home.
