We are very proud to have supported Catalyst in their regeneration of the Havelock Estate and very pleased that the scheme has won the Best Regeneration Project category in this year’s Evening Standard New Homes Awards.
The project, marketed as Southall Village, is being delivered in partnership with Ealing Council. The first phase completed earlier this year and saw nearly 300 new homes built alongside an impressive improvement to public green space, a new playground and an extensive range of community facilities.
Serena Horgan, head of delivery and project manager for the first phase, said, “I am so pleased that Havelock has won this award.
