New build residential, specialist care unit and community hall
This mixed-use scheme comprises 14 residential apartments for affordable rent, eight of which are for Yarrow Housing Association residents with learning disabilities. The scheme also includes a specialist care unit and community hall.
We acted as Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer for the duration of the project, including management of the tender stage and formation of the Employer’s Requirements which involved liaison with our client stakeholders to determine requirements for residents with learning difficulties.
