Cost Consultancy for investor backed residential masterplan
This is a proposed Garden City of six new villages and five lakes on existing agricultural land near Scunthorpe.
Silver is appointed by developer to provide a masterplan cost study and produce cost studies for each individual phase and land parcels for the development. The masterplan incorporates 5,000 residential homes, commercial space, education facilities, leisure facilities and site-wide infrastructure and landscaping provision.
The proposals are extensive with the overall vision for new villages to be set in a widespread park system of 200 hectares with a network of new lakes.
