Joint venture scheme providing 360 mixed tenure residential apartments
This is a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Higgins Partnership Ltd and will enhance the existing residential quarter of Hanwell. The development built over two phases comprises 360 high quality mixed tenure residential apartments and new commercial space.
Silver is appointed by the LLP to perform various roles and functions throughout the life of the project, including Development Manager and Project Manager to secure planning and Cost Consultancy for scheme viability appraisals.
We are also appointed as JV Supervisor under the development agreement to oversee the project on behalf of the LLP and as Client Representative to monitor the affordable units during construction.
