Multidisciplinary services for the new Library & community centre at the heart of Southmere Village Phase 1.
We were appointed from inception of this centre piece building, taking the concept through an RIBA competition to select the winning architect and thereafter Employer’s Agent for the delivery.
The impressive exposed CLT framed building boasts full height glazed curtain walling to the library to optimise lake views, with a large function terrace above for use in community events.
