New build development across two sites delivering 119 new affordable homes.
The redevelopment of Camden Council’s Maitland Park Estate has created a vibrant heart for the community with new and improved communal spaces including a community garden, a new community space, and 119 new homes, play facilities and landscape improvements.
Silver has provided Clerk of Works and CDM services and enjoyed working collaboratively alongside our client London Borough of Camden, Bouygues Construction and the client project team.
The three housing courts that make up this development are each named after people who were heroic in their own way and had connections to Camden. They now have a lasting legacy and place.
We’ve had the pleasure of participating in several events hosted at Maitland Park, such as the grand opening led by Sir Keir Starmer, alongside local residents and members of the development team. Additionally, we took pride in contributing Social Value by organising seminars on various topics related to the construction industry and conducting site tours specifically tailored for groups of women.
