£37m refurbishment scheme to provide 80 homes
The Sutton Dwellings development in Chelsea, West London consists of 4No four storey 19th century apartment blocks which are being transformed by a £37m refurbishment scheme to provide 80 homes for social housing tenants.
The Project has some set backs due to the age of the buildings, however there has been works duly carried out to bring the blocks up to current social housing requirements.
The new development successfully achieved Practical Completion in September 2024.
