This is a new 2FE primary school for LB of Lambeth that formed part of the Keybridge House Phase 2 JV proposals.
This is the JV partnership between A2Dominion Housing Group and Mount Anvil.
Our employer’s agent remained heavily involved in the benchmarking of both the school classrooms and residential snagging/ de-snagging process which has driven up quality and has been part of the success of the overall scheme.
