The grey skys and rain couldn’t stop the successful handover of the first three affordable houses in the final phase of the Northwest Bicester Exemplar Eco Town. This represents a significant milestone in the development of the UK’s first eco-town. Upon completion, the project will feature 393 highly energy-efficient homes and a village hub, including a primary school and business center.
Since its inception, Silver has been actively involved and has worked innovatively and collaboratively with A2Dominion Group, Cherwell District Council, and other stakeholders on this exemplar phase, striving to achieve the highest standards in sustainability.
The completion of the entire exemplar project is targeted for the end of March.
