We are delighted to have been appointed as Clerk of Works by City of London. This is a new client for Silver and we are keen to get to know the client and wider project team to successfully deliver this project.
The development consists of 90 new social homes at the City of London Corporation owned site in Islington. It will be the first net zero carbon residential scheme brought forward by the City Corporation.
