London Borough of Lewisham’s latest achievement, the 100% affordable housing project in Deptford, Creekside, was recently honoured with the prestigious ‘Best New Place to Live’ award at the Build Planning London Awards. We are pleased to share that the development is now officially completed.
The Creekside project has delivered a total of 56 new homes, catering to various housing needs. Among them are 22 affordable homes for rent, providing much-needed accommodation for families on London Borough of Lewisham’s housing waiting list, and 34 shared ownership homes for LB of Lewisham’s first completed Shared Ownership scheme. These homes offer an opportunity for those facing housing challenges to step onto the property ladder.
