We were pleased to welcome Chris Brockwell from George Boyd and Jim Kerr from Door Data Systems to Silver this week who delivered an essential CPD session focusing on their area of expertise relating to fire doors and the golden thread data capture.
It was a full house and engaged audience comprising our colleagues from the Site Inspection and Building Surveying Teams.
The presentation and workshop included Information on how to evidence fire door compliance through advanced digital recording – from the moment fire doors are manufactured right through to when they are installed and maintained thereafter. This facilitates ‘Duty Holders’ to effectively manage and demonstrate fire door compliance.
