Successful delivery of 86 affordable dwellings – shared ownership, affordable rent and social rent
We supported the delivery of a mixed-tenure residential development comprising 180 apartments across two buildings, including 86 affordable homes provided as shared ownership, affordable rent and social rent.
Our involvement spanned from the early planning stage through to construction, supporting the planning process and later acting as Employer’s Agent for the affordable housing element. Working collaboratively within a Section 106 framework, we helped coordinate stakeholders and manage the interface between affordable and private housing requirements.
By implementing clear design and specification control processes, we ensured the affordable homes met agreed standards while maintaining programme certainty.
