For International Womens Day we want to take a moment to recognise the women making an impact across the construction industry 👷♀️
In the UK, women make up around 15% of the construction workforce, which is why celebrating and supporting the women in our industry is so important.
We are proud to have a growing number of talented women across the Silver Team, and this post is a small way to recognise and appreciate the skills and hard work they bring to our team every day.
We’re also proud to have Sarah Odell as our CEO, and it’s inspiring to see women leading and shaping the future of our industry.
