Breaking ground at Ladywell Park Gardens!
We were delighted to be part of the Breaking Ground event at Ladywell Park Gardens, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the former Ladywell Leisure Centre site.
The fully affordable housing development will deliver 102 new homes for the local community, helping to provide much-needed housing in Lewisham.
Silver has been appointed as Project Manager by Lewisham Council, working alongside Higgins Partnerships to help bring the scheme forward.
It was great to hear from Mayor of Lewisham Liam Shrivastava, who highlighted the importance of the project and the opportunities it will create for the local community.
