Silver was delighted to join the topping out ceremony at Trocoll House, celebrating a major milestone for this landmark development and taking in some breathtaking views from the top!
Located next to Barking Station, the 30 storey development will deliver 198 affordable homes, helping to provide much needed housing in the local area.🏠
The event brought together more than 60 people, including Councillor Dominic Twomey from the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, our client Fifth Capital, HG Construction and Railpen, providing a great opportunity to celebrate the progress made so far and the hard work of everyone involved.
Silver is proud to support the project, providing Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy, Site Inspection and Party Wall services.
With the impressive views from the top and the team coming together to celebrate, the day was already a success. The hog roast on the sixth floor was certainly a welcome bonus!
