Sunday 25th July was a very proud day for Bedford FC Youth and for us at Silver as their sponsor of two years. The Bedford ‘Spitfires’ celebrated the end of the 2020-21 Chiltern Youth Season as Division 2 League Champions, securing their promotion to division 1.
The team members were each given their own awards and league winners medals, as well as receiving the coveted winners shield. Managing Director for Silver, Sarah Odell was present at the ceremony to congratulate the team and coaches on their resounding success and to accept the sponsors award on behalf of Silver. Having also attended the match which secured the win for the Spitfires, Sarah confirmed ‘the competition was strong, the tension was palpable and the spectators were on tenterhooks. The team did themselves proud and Silver couldn’t be more proud of the team.
